These are free short morning sessions held throughout the year offering quiet and meditation-related exercises to anybody who wants to attend.

Held at 158 Holland Park Avenue, these short morning sessions run from 11am to 12am on Tuesdays and Thursdays and from 12am to 1 pm on Saturdays throughout the year. They offer quiet and meditation-related exercises to anybody who likes to attend.
